Hymn Projects

Visit this page to find new hymns written by Stephen Lounsbrough and Sarah Lounsbrough

Having grown up siblings on the mission field in Brazil, we've been involved in local church ministry from an early age.  Both Sarah and I attended Faith Baptist Bible College and Seminary and are currently active in our local churches.  Sarah is a wonderful poet who has written many poems for her own personal worship. In the fall of 2010 we decided to take on the challenge of writing new hymns.  We hope to keep working on this project as the Lord gives us time and insight.

These hymns are devotional, focusing on a variety of topics.  They are also intended specifically for congregational use; therefore, we have tried to write them with singable, easy-to-learn melodies and addressing themes appropriate for corporate worship.

Feel free to download these hymns and make as many copies as you need.  We do not charge for anything; we simply ask that you neither sell them nor make any changes to the text or music.  It is our desire that these hymns be of use to you in your own personal and corporate worship and that they help you to sing the praises of our indescribable Creator, Redeemer, and Friend with increased knowledge and adoration!
